/p h3Your role /h3 pAs Quality Process Engineer you will have the opportunity to experience what it is like to manage a highly complex Manufacturing Department, assuring excellent quality standards.
/p h3Main responsibilities: /h3 ul liConduct data analysis to identify trends, root causes, and areas for improvement in quality and processes.
/li liDevelop and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and quality metrics.
/li liCollaborate with production supervisors, operators, and maintenance teams to address quality issues and ensure smooth workflows.
/li liInvestigating and troubleshooting quality related product or production issues.
/li liSupport the implementation of process improvement projects to enhance quality standards.
/li liDevelop and maintain quality-related documentation, ensuring compliance with company and industry standards.
/li /ul h3Main requirements: /h3 ul liAt least 2 years of experience in a complex environment as Quality Engineer.
/li liBachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Management Engineering, or a related field.
/li liGood knowledge of Quality tools (Fishbone, 5 whys, root cause analysis, ...).
/li liGood Knowledge of Ms Office.
/li liBasics of Statistics.
/li liAbility to work collaboratively with all levels of company staff.
/li liAnalytical skills with the ability to interpret and leverage data for decision-making.
