**Guest Relations Specialist - Milan (Hospitality / Short-Term Rentals)** We are a fast-growing, tech-driven hospitality company operating in the short-term rental sector. We are looking for a **Guest Relations Specialist** to join our Milan team and be the key point of contact for our guests throughout their stay. **Key Responsibilities**
- Ensure a seamless and high-quality guest experience from check-in to check-out
- Coordinate daily operations with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Handle guest requests, issues, and feedback promptly and professionally
- Use internal systems and digital tools to manage bookings and operations **Requirements**: - Previous experience in hospitality, short-term rentals, or customer service
- Fluent in English (spoken and written); additional languages are a strong plus
- Comfortable using digital tools and platforms
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Proactive, hands-on attitude and team spirit
- Domiciled in Milan (or very close proximity)

- Location: Milan - city centre (on-site)
- Schedule: 5 days per week, including weekends and public holidays
- Shifts: 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM or 10:30 AM - 7:00 PM
