/ph3Job Description /h3pLet's Talk about the Role The Senior Project Manager will serve as the primary representative for our customers, managing complex aftermarket projects through their entire lifecycle to ensure contract, cost, quality, and safety goals are achieved.
You will own the execution of sophisticated Conversions, Modifications, and Upgrades (CMUs) for industrial gas and steam turbine equipment.
In this role, you will lead cross?functional teams across engineering, procurement, and logistics to integrate complex solutions, while managing customer relationships and ensuring the successful delivery of critical energy infrastructure.
/ph3How You Will Make a Difference /h3ulliDriving project execution strategy by coordinating cross?functional teams to meet strict milestones, contract deliverables, and financial margins.
/liliLeading the end?to?end customer relationship, serving as the primary point of contact to resolve issues and ensure project success.
/liliManaging complex project financials, including forecasting, margin analysis, and invoicing to ensure profitability and accuracy.
/liliCreating and maintaining robust project schedules, ensuring that every phase—from engineering to field execution—is tracked and optimized.
/liliCollaborating with stakeholders across the organization to proactively identify and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle.
/liliDeveloping and implementing lean management strategies to reduce waste and improve project execution efficiency.
/liliFostering continuous improvement by capturing lessons learned and applying best practices to future project cycles.
/li /ulh3Special Role Requirements /h3ulliAble to travel extensively to and from projects and various field assignments.
/liliWilling to work holidays, weekends and overtime as required by field assignments.
/liliAbility to spend considerable time away from home for training and field assignments.
/li /ulh3Skills for Success /h3ulliThe ability to lead turnkey, large?scale service projects within the power generation sector.
/liliThe capability to manage cross?functional and international teams with a focus on collaborative problem?solving.
/liliAn understanding of complex contract terms, commercial agreements, and project?based financial management.
/liliAn expertise in project management methodologies, such as PMP or equivalent professional training.
/liliA keen interest in applying lean tools and innovative engineering solutions to drive operational excellence.
/li /ulpA formal education and subsequent University Bachelor or Master's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related technical field are nice to have, but we are most interested in your total experience and professional achievements.
