/p h3About the Role /h3 pWe are seeking a Business Development Manager based in Italy to develop new opportunities across the Italian leather goods, accessories, and fashion ecosystem.
The ideal candidate understands how design, product development, sourcing, and manufacturing work together and can help connect relevant brands and product teams with YIBI's manufacturing capabilities.
/p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liIdentify new opportunities with Italian leather goods, handbag, accessories, and fashion brands.
/li liBuild relationships with product development, sourcing, procurement, and supplier-management professionals.
/li liIntroduce YIBI's hardware engineering and manufacturing capabilities.
/li liSupport initial product discussions, development inquiries, and commercial follow-up.
/li liProvide insights into Italian leather goods and accessories industry needs.Develop long-term relationships with brands and industry partners.
/li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liFamiliarity with leather goods, bags, accessories, hardware components, or premium manufacturing.
/li liUnderstanding of product-development and manufacturing processes is highly valued.
/li liStrong commercial judgment and communication skills.
/li liExisting industry relationships in Italy are an advantage.
