The selected candidate will join the Showroom team and will be responsible for supporting sales activities and providing a professional and engaging experience to clients.
Availability for November and December is required.
Key responsibilities
Welcome and assist clients throughout their showroom experience.
Present and recommend products according to clients' needs and preferences.
Support the sales process and contribute to achieving sales objectives.
Maintain a high standard of customer service and brand representation.
Requirements
Previous experience in sales or customer-facing roles, preferably in fashion or luxury.
Passion for fashion and strong customer service orientation.
Fluency in Italian and English is required.
Knowledge of any additional language is highly appreciated, particularly Russian, Arabic, Chinese or other languages.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proactive, sales-oriented and team-focused approach.
Availability to work during November and December.
