Xebia is seeking an experienced Salesforce L2/L3 Support Engineer to join an Application Management Services team supporting a complex CRM ecosystem.
The project covers production support, incident management, maintenance, and enhancements for Salesforce Cloud, Marketing Cloud, integrations, and APIs.
The role can be based in Italy or anywhere in the EU, with occasional Milan presence up to twice a year.
Fluent Italian (B2+) and English (B2) are required, and no on-call duties are expected.
