ppIn this role you drive the management of design and construction activities for projects in our Milan office.
You collaborate with designers, engineers and clients to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
You lead design coordination and maintain clear communication to support successful project outcomes, including cost control and procurement.
You will engage with site teams and contractors to supervise progress and snagging, contributing to Currie Brown's international, client-focused projects.
/pulliSupport the management of design and construction phases of projects /liliCollaborate with designers, architects, engineers, contractors,



and building management and safety consultants /liliLead design coordination in relation to design guidelines and constraints /liliMaintain effective communication to ensure all project information is available for successful delivery; liaise with other managers to ensure efficient control /liliSupport cost management activities /liliDeliver all project outputs accurately and on time /liliConduct meetings with contractors, site teams, and clients /liliManage procurement activities /liliCarry out snagging activities /liliManage and coordinate site activities /liliDegree in Architecture, Engineering, Project Management or equivalent (preferred qualification) /lili3–5 years of experience in managing projects of medium complexity and value /liliExcellent technical writing skills, client-facing abilities, and communication skills /liliStrong team-working attitude, reliability, and operational flexibility /liliExcellent written and spoken English, in addition to full fluency in Italian /lilicommunication /liliclient-facing abilities /liliteam-working /lilidesign coordination /lilicost management /liliprocurement /li /ulpProject Manager in pavia, lombardia, it /p /p #J-*****-Ljbffr
