Duties
Estate planning, estate and trust administration, business succession planning, charitable planning, and trust and estate litigation.
Research and learn complex rules of gift, estate and generation skipping transfer tax.
Qualifications
3-5ish years of experience in a law firm
Experience or desire to learn irrevocable trusts, SLAT trusts, and asset protection.
Experience dealing with inbound foreign investment in the U.S. by non-resident aliens or dealing with outbound planning in foreign countries by U.S. citizens is a plus
Tax experience, or experience dealing with the IRS
