They support the sales representatives during technical feasibility stage on customer projects, provide heat transfer knowledge on prioritized applications, with ability to withstand conversations and discussion with the R&D; of the largest multinational companies.MAIN ACTIVITIESResponsible for troubleshooting for more complex issues at customer site as well as internally.Drive product and process validation projects.Provide input and support for trainings.Provide inputs for EPD, NPD and product concept development related to the complete product lifecycle.Provide input on legislation and design standards.Who are you?

You have a couple of years experience on a technical support role (also training experience is well appreciated), within Heating or HVAC industry.
