Amazon is seeking an IT Support Engineer to keep IT systems at peak performance in Agognate, Italy. You will troubleshoot issues, support end-user devices, and contribute to network projects while traveling to sites as needed. The role involves mentoring staff and collaborating across teams to implement infra improvements.

You will work on site with AWS and Cisco-based networks, supporting Windows, Mac, and Linux environments, and ensuring uptime for our FCs and sites.
