/liliBuild and strengthen relationships with customers, gaining a clear understanding of their financial needs through effective questioning and active listening.
/liliAct as a trusted advisor by presenting the features and benefits of banking products and services that best meet customers#39; current and future requirements.
/liliVerify customer eligibility, support the onboarding process and assist with the opening of new accounts.
/liliProcess and support applications related to banking and lending products and services.
/liliInvestigate and resolve issues concerning customer accounts and loans, ensuring timely follow-up and keeping customers informed throughout the process.
/liliRespond to telephone inquiries, requests and written correspondence in a professional and effective manner.
/liliMaintain the highest standards of confidentiality when handling customer and account information.
/liliEnsure compliance with applicable banking regulations, internal policies and procedures.
/liliMaintain awareness of anti-money laundering requirements and promptly identify and report any suspicious activity in accordance with established procedures.
/liliComplete all relevant compliance documentation and mandatory AML-related training.
/liliSupport administrative, clerical and reception activities contributing to the efficient operation of the Rome office.
/liliParticipate in customer presentations, service activities and internal training programmes.
/liliPerform additional responsibilities as required.

/liliAt least strong2 years of professional experience within a bank, financial institution or similar financial services environment /strong.
/liliPrevious experience with strongretail banking products and services /strong is highly desirable.
/liliKnowledge of regulations relating to banking accounts, financial services, confidentiality and lending, or a strong willingness to develop expertise in these areas.
/liliGood command of Microsoft Office and ability to quickly learn new applications and digital tools.
/lilistrongFluency in both English and Italian, written and spoken, is essential.
