Report to the Global Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the successful execution of photovoltaic/BESS projects from contract award through construction and final handover.
/ppbr/pp bKey Responsibilities /b b: /b /pulliEnsure full compliance with the contractual scope agreed with the client and manage the project from kick-off to completion.
/liliLead, coordinate, and manage project activities with the support of assigned internal teams and external stakeholders.
/liliPlan, monitor, and control project timelines, costs, resources, and risks to ensure delivery on time and within budget.
/liliOptimize construction processes to achieve maximum efficiency while maintaining quality and cost control.
/liliPrepare and deliver periodic project progress reports according to established requirements.
/liliSupport and advise the Global Operations Manager on technical, operational, and contractual matters.
/liliManage project budgets, including cost estimation for engineering and construction activities,
and define scopes for subcontractors.
/liliManage relationships with main subcontractors during the construction phase.
/liliVerify that project documentation complies with all applicable regulations, permits, and standards.
/liliEnsure construction works are executed in accordance with approved designs, licenses, and authorizations.
/liliSupervise all project phases until commissioning and handover to the client.
/liliManage project close-out procedures with both the client and public administration.
/liliEnsure compliance with company procedures related to quality, environmental management, health safety, and waste management.

/li /ulpbr/pp bMinimum Requirements /b /pullibEducation: /b Degree in Engineering.
/lilibLanguages: /b Native Italian; professional level English.
/lilibExperience: /b Minimum 5 years of experience managing the construction of photovoltaic projects as Project Manager.
/lilibTechnical Skills: /b Strong technical background in solar energy; proven experience in utility-scale projects is essential.
/lilibTools: /b Good knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
/lilibTravel: /b Availability to travel across construction sites in Italy.

/liliKnowledge of Spanish is a plus.
