Role OverviewWe're looking for an Operations Manager to be the operational backbone of the company overseeing team execution, owning processes and reporting, and working directly with the founder.
This is a high-trust, high-ownership role: you'll have visibility across every function and be responsible for making sure the machine runs without the founder in the room.
ResponsibilitiesOversee day-to-day execution across teams (creative, growth, product, CS) and keep everyone accountable to deadlines and KPIsOwn our project management system (ClickUp): structure, workflows, weekly prioritiesBuild and maintain weekly reporting: KPIs, team output, blockers delivered to the founder in a clear, decision-ready formatRun escalation management: identify issues early,
solve what can be solved, escalate what can't with a proposed solutionCoordinate cross-team projects (product launches, campaigns, hiring onboarding) from kickoff to deliveryManage vendor and freelancer relationships (contracts, deadlines, payments coordination with our CFO)Continuously improve processes: kill what's slow, automate what's repetitive Requirements3+ years in operations, project management, or chief-of-staff-type roles for a DTC/ecommerce brand or fast-moving startupProven experience managing or coordinating remote, international teamsFluent English (written and spoken) — you'll run meetings and write the xjncmbx reports everyone readsDeeply organized, proactive, allergic to chaos you bring structure, not ticketsStrong with tools: ClickUp/Shopify/Amazon, Slack, Google Sheets; comfortable with numbers and KPIsBonus: experience in beauty/DTC brands, familiarity with Shopify ecosystem, basic data/dashboard skills What We OfferFull-time, fully remoteDirect daily collaboration with the founder, real ownership, zero corporate layersFast-moving, performance-driven culture in an 8-figure brandMonthly compensation based on experience + growth potential as the company scales
