This Full time on site position offers great opportunities for career growth. /ppOverview: The Operations Manager is responsible for leading all site operations at Morgan Advanced Materials' Martinsicuro facility, including production, quality, engineering, maintenance, continuous improvement and EHS. /ppThe role is accountable for delivering operational excellence, driving safety, quality, productivity and cost performance, while developing high-performing teams and supporting the site's long-term growth strategy. /ppWorking closely with HR, Finance, Supply Chain and global stakeholders, the Operations Manager will foster a culture of continuous improvement, employee engagement and sustainable profitable growth. /ph3Responsibilities: /h3ulliLead all site operations including Production, Quality, Engineering, Maintenance, Continuous Improvement and EHS. /liliDrive a strong culture of safety, compliance and operational excellence. /liliDeliver production, quality, productivity, cost and customer service targets. /liliLead and develop high-performing operational teams. /liliDrive continuous improvement initiatives across the site, including Lean and OPEX programmes. /liliImprove manufacturing efficiency, equipment reliability and overall site performance. /liliSupport capital investment projects and process improvement initiatives. /liliCollaborate with Finance, HR, Supply Chain and Commercial teams to achieve business objectives. /liliEnsure compliance with quality standards, environmental requirements and Morgan policies. /liliBuild positive employee relations and foster a culture of engagement and accountability. /li /ulh3Qualifications / Experience Required /h3ulliDegree in Engineering (Mechanical,
