Keysight is seeking a recent graduate (MSc or PhD) in Telecommunications Engineering to join our R&D; team as a Wireless Protocol Software Engineer focused on Layer 2.

You will design, develop, and test Layer 2 components (MAC, RLC, PDCP) and collaborate with systems, RF, and software teams to translate requirements into clean, maintainable code and robust test cases.
