About the Role:
The Clerk, Warehouse is responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations, including inventory control, receiving, storage, order preparation, and shipping activities. This role ensures accurate inventory management in SAP, maintains a safe and organized warehouse environment through 5S practices, and supports the efficient flow of materials and finished goods while complying with company procedures and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:

- Manage inventory and warehouse stock accuracy.
- Receive, store, prepare, and dispatch materials and products.
- Maintain inventory records and transactions in SAP .
- Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment.
- Conduct inventory counts and cycle counts.
- Ensure proper labeling, storage, and handling of materials.
- Coordinate with Logistics, Customer Service, and carriers to support order fulfillment.
- Apply 5S methodologies and maintain a safe and organized warehouse environment.
- Comply with company procedures, quality standards, and safety regulations.
Requirements:

- Secondary Education Diploma (GCSE or equivalent).
- Valid forklift operator certification/license.
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills.
- Intermediate English proficiency.
- Experience in warehousing, inventory control, and warehouse management processes.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Warehouse Technician, Warehouse Support, or similar role.
- Experience working with SAP .
- Experience operating electric pallet stackers and forklifts.
