Eleventy World is looking for a Sales Assistant to support their Corner at La Rinascente based in Florence, seeking a passionate salesperson with experience in luxury retail.

Your role
You will be joining our Sales Team inside, you are an exceptionally proactive person, engaged to develop a new clients portfolio and build up knowledge of the existing ones. You are numbers and KPI driven with a great attention to styles and knowledge within the luxury fashion industry. You will be reporting to a Store Management.
Your main responsibilities will be:

- Be a propositive and committed force in the development of the portfolio of local clients and the turnaround of the POS.
- Implement the commercial animation of the store and participate in the development of the brand’s awareness within the Region.
- Ensure Visual Merchandising and stock conditions are always in line with the company standards.
- Act as brand ambassador.
Your profile

- You know what it means to be of good service to discerning clients and you have a confirmed experience of 1-3 years in the luxury retail business.
- You are a dedicated sales professional and you have a knack for building customer loyalty.
- You have a good understanding of the luxury market.
- You are a flexible team player, direct and communicative; you are a quick learner and you are able to execute swiftly the tasks at hand. xjncmbx
