Opex Solutions is seeking a Junior Operational Excellence Consultant to support active manufacturing projects in Lecco, Italy.

You will join a senior consultant on structured plant turnaround initiatives, handling data collection, process mapping, layout support, and KPI tracking on-site with client teams.

The role requires a Industrial Engineering degree, German fluency, strong Lean xjncmbx Manufacturing knowledge, basic Six Sigma, advanced Excel/PowerPoint skills, and comfort with 2–3 days/week
