The role centers on monitoring and analyzing manufacturing costs within a complex BOM environment to support management decisions with accurate reporting and variance analysis.

The ideal candidate has 2–5 years in cost/control roles in manufacturing, strong Excel skills, ERP experience (Odoo, SAP, Oracle, Dynamics), and knowledge of SOX/US GAAP.
