Within Leonardo's tax department, within the Tax Unit, we are looking for a Senior Tax for our Rome office.
The person will be responsible for:
- analysis of tax issues relating to international commercial transactions entered into by the Divisions consisting of the export of products, the provision of services and the execution of multi-year contracts in the foreign countries of residence of customers;
- revision of contracts of various kinds in order to avoid or mitigate the risks of double taxation also through the examination of conventions against double taxation;
- support to foreign subsidiaries on domestic and international tax matters;
- supervision of compliance related to foreign VAT numbers;
- implementation of transfer pricing policies regarding the sale of tangible and intangible assets, the provision of services, including managerial ones, the payment of royalties;
Educational qualification
Degree in Economics, Law or related disciplines with a specialization in tax law.
Seniority
Master: 10+ years of experience.
Technical skills
- Significant experience in tax consulting and knowledge of tax compliance institutions;
- Experience in tax risk management and in particular in the implementation of a TCF.

- Problem solving orientation: ability to face challenges with an analytical and proactive approach, identifying effective and innovative solutions;
- Collaboration and teamwork: aptitude for working in synergy with colleagues and stakeholders, fostering a cooperative and dynamic environment.
Language skills
Good knowledge of the English language, both written and spoken (B2 level or higher).

Knowledge of the MS Office package
