Overview

In this role, you will own the growth lifecycle for the Hub, shaping cross-brand journeys and in-product experiences. You’ll partner with Product, Data, and Engineering to run experiments, optimize activation and engagement, and drive long-term adoption across the team.blue ecosystem. You will craft multi-channel messaging and notifications that resonate across markets, using AI-assisted workflows to accelerate learning and impact. This is a hands-on IC role in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment with a clear mission to deepen ecosystem trust and relevance.

Responsabilità

- Positioning & messaging: translate cross-brand capabilities into clear customer-facing messages.
- Notifications & in-product journeys: design cross-brand notifications, CTAs, onboarding nudges, and experiments.
- Lifecycle & communications: run multi-channel activation, engagement, and adoption programs.
- Experimentation & iteration: define hypotheses, execute A/B tests, analyze results, scale effective approaches.
- Data-driven optimisation: track metrics, improve CTR, activation, conversion, and cross-brand adoption.
- Growth tooling & AI: leverage analytics, automation, and AI tools for segmentation, personalization, and analysis.
- Cross-functional collaboration: align with Product and Data on events, segmentation, and journey design.

write copy for notifications and lifecycle communications; ship with bias toward action.

Requisiti fondamentali

- 5+ years in growth, product, lifecycle, or digital marketing with hands-on ownership from zero-to-one to scale.
- Strong background in SaaS, platforms, or apps serving SMB/Prosumer customers.
- Proven track record of owning growth outcomes end-to-end with KPI-driven impact.
- Experience designing and executing growth programs with experimentation and A/B testing.
- Familiarity with event schemas, funnels, cohorts, and behavioural signals; can self-serve insights.
- Fluency in analytics, tracking, lifecycle automation, segmentation, personalization, and AI-supported workflows.
- Demonstrated use of AI-augmented workflows (e.g., analysis, segmentation, content iteration, experimentation).
- Excellent copywriting, positioning, and storytelling for SaaS products.
- Clear, structured communicator; strong collaboration with Product, Engineering, Data, and commercial stakeholders.
- Autonomous, detail-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
