Manpower Professional is recruiting on behalf of a vibrant and contemporary hospitality group for an exceptional Executive Chef to lead the kitchen of an innovative fine-dining concept.We are seeking a highly experienced culinary professional with a strong background in Asian cuisine, particularly Chinese gastronomy, and a broad understanding of diverse Asian culinary traditions.The successful candidate will take full responsibility for kitchen operations and lead awell-structured brigade within a fast-growing and ambitious restaurant environment.Key Responsibilities:- Lead and oversee the kitchen brigade (approximately 8–10 team members across two operational sections)- Manage staff scheduling and ensure efficient kitchen workflows- Oversee purchasing, supplier relationships, and food cost control- Maintain the highest standards of food quality and recipe consistency- Train, mentor,
