Marketing Specialist

Role Purpose

The Marketing Specialist will support the Marketing Manager in the execution of marketing initiatives aimed at strengthening customer engagement, brand awareness, digital presence and loyalty within the B2B channel, with a strong focus on loyalty programs and events. The role will contribute to the development and optimization of the loyalty program dedicated to the channel, as well as the planning and execution of events (conventions, roadshows, training and commercial meetings) targeting business customers. In support of these core activities, the role will also contribute to customer communications, and marketing analysis, while supporting the ongoing evolution of the company‘s digital marketing and customer engagement platforms. This role also comes with the opportunity to develop into international and European markets.

Key Responsibilities

· Support & drive the new development and execution of the Italian HVAC loyalty programme.




· Support the development and execution of marketing initiatives aimed at increasing customer engagement and brand awareness.
· Assist in the planning and execution of B2B events, training sessions, trade shows, and customer engagement activities.
· Monitor and analyse campaign performance data, providing insights to drive improvements.
· Support all digital activities and help drive improvements and engagement.
· Support customer segmentation activities and the development of targeted communication initiatives.
· Collaborate with European marketing teams to ensure alignment of marketing strategies, sharing best practices and supporting the implementation of regional and cross-market initiatives.
· Coordinate with external agencies and service providers to ensure effective delivery of marketing projects and initiatives.
