In this position, you will also oversee initiatives such as Annual Training Plan, New Employee Orientation, Core Competency Testing, and Staff surveys. Job Duties: Supports employee training, and development activities for the assigned Complex
Plans, and executes logistics
Monitors registration, coordinates and tracks attendance, maintains AZ Learns courses and participant records
Implements, and reports results of instructor and course evaluations
Oversees Complex staff instructors, supervises initial training and certifications
Evaluates ongoing performance
