Your Responsibilities
Define the global strategy for the digital technology landscape of the Schär brand for the B2 C environment. Plan departmental goals, KPIs, and objectives, including budget allocation and cost control. Identify growth opportunities through quantitative analysis and execute initiatives to drive traffic, engagement, and overall business growth. Harmonize platforms, tools, and processes across the company's digital ecosystem to ensure operational efficiency.
Build a network with all local subsidiaries as well as all global Business Unit's teams, aiming to pursue shared goals in a highly integrated and cohesive environment. Lead global strategic, operational and technical developments of online platforms and tools, including websites, landing pages, mobile apps, online activations (Customer Data Platform), marketing automation, and loyalty program. Enhance user experience (UX)

and usability across all digital assets to improve traffic, engagement, usage, and conversion rates.
Manage both internal and external service providers to ensure project delivery within defined timelines and budgets.
