As a Project Manager in our Pressure Management PMO team based in Bologna, Italy , you will have full ownership of complex turnkey projects for natural gas, biomethane, and hydrogen systems across Italy and Europe. You will own each assigned project throughout the entire Quote-to-Cash lifecycle, becoming involved during the final stages of the commercial negotiation and remaining accountable through contract execution, commissioning, project close-out, and cash collection.
You will act as the primary customer interface, lead the cross-functional project team, protect contractual commitments and profitability, and ensure customer satisfaction.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:




- Own the Project from Quote to Cash – Assume full accountability for each assigned project from the final stages of quotation and commercial negotiation through order award, execution, commissioning, close-out, and cash collection.
- Support Final Customer Negotiations – Work closely with Sales during the final negotiation phase to validate project scope, contractual requirements, execution strategy, lead-time commitments, milestones, risks, payment terms, liquidated damages, and other key commercial conditions before commitment to the customer.
- Lead Contract Review and Handover – Ensure a structured handover from Sales, reconcile the customer purchase order against the approved quotation, resolve deviations, and confirm that scope, responsibilities, deliverables, assumptions, exclusions, and acceptance criteria are clearly understood before execution.
- Act as the Primary Customer Interface – Serve as the single point of contact and escalation owner for the customer throughout the complete project
