The Administration, Finance and Control Leader manage and supervises all processes related to the accounting, administrative, financial and control activities of the assigned subsidiaries, ensuring proper compliance throughout the entire administrative process, including closing of the statutory financial statements and reporting.

He/She ensures and optimizes data consolidation and monitors the subsidiaries' AFC activities. Sample of the activities: management of reconciliation procedures; management of relationships with the audit firm; preparation of budgets, supporting the collection of final data and the formulation of forecasts; analysis and interpretation of results, verification of deviations from forecasts, investigation of causes, and identification of corrective measures.

Administration/Financial Reporting and Analysis
- oversee the preparation and consolidation of administration/financial statements for a portfolio of subsidiaries.
- ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
- conduct financial analysis and provide insights to support strategic decision-making.
Budgeting and Forecasting
- lead the annual budgeting process for a portfolio of subsidiaries.
- prepare and review forecasts and variance analyses.
- monitor financial performance and implement corrective actions as needed.
Financial Controls and Compliance
- maintain a robust internal control environment.
- ensure compliance with local financial regulations.
- conduct regular audits and implement recommendations for improvement.
- liaise with external auditors, tax advisors and regulatory units
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Engineering & Management or a related field; a Master's degree or CPA/CFA is preferred.
