Develop and execute local sales strategies for Residential ESS, C&I; ESS, and EV Chargers to achieve regional sales and market share targets. Build, lead, and manage the local team,
coordinating sales, marketing and technical to support business growth and improve team performance. Manage overall sales performance, including revenue, profitability, sales pipeline, forecasting, and cost effectiveness, ensuring the achievement of annual business targets. 8 years of sales or business development experience in the Italian market; experience in PV, ESS, EV Charging, or the energy industry is preferred. 3 years of team management experience, with good leadership and team coordination skills. Experience in distributor, installer, or EPC management. Fluent in Italian and English; Chinese is a plus. Strong communication, sales, and negotiation skills;
