Italy Customer Operations Internship | Curricular Internship | Milan | 6 months | Start date: October 2026 For our Italian Headquarters in Milan, Amplifon is looking for a talented person to join Italy Customer Operations Team. You will havethe opportunity to work with whole marketing dept, knowing deeply customer and seller needs, in order to have a360° vision of business and build up your employability . Furthermore, you will contribute to customer operations strategy implementation to continuously improve the investments efficiency.

You'll be in charge of Managing and coordinating the customer care channels and shops tickets ;
Tracking and monitoring contact centers quality ;
Tracking and monitoring performance results across the different contact points (TV, Digital, CRM);
Delivering business and customer care campaigns , and liaising with external and internal stakeholders ;
You are the right person if you: Have a degree in Economics,
Management, Marketing;
Possess good command of Microsoft Office (Power Point & Excel);
Speak English and Italian fluently and would like to work with multicultural teams;
Are energetic, flexible, committed and positive;
Are business performance/marketing/analytics passionate and a fast learner.
