This is a hands‐on leadership role in a complex, highly regulated market. The scope includes organisational effectiveness, workforce planning,

leadership capability, employee and labour relations, performance management, and the use of data, digital tools, and AI to improve decisions and HR delivery.
You will lead the local HR agenda in close partnership with EMEA HR, Centres of Excellence, Global Services, and the broader One HR Italy community. Build trusted relationships with Head of HR, Managing Director, Italian Leadership Team, and people leaders, providing strategic advice, coaching, and constructive challenge. Translate the Italy business strategy, portfolio priorities, and evolving go‐to‐market needs into clear people, organisation, and capability plans.
