Main Responsibilities
Join us as a Construction Project Manager and be part of an exciting, challenging and dynamic work environment to proactively support the definition and implementation of the expansion strategy of the Project Business Unit. As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible to ensure that EPC is delivered on time, within budget and ensuring safety, environment and quality standards. Supportintheevaluationandselectionofsubcontractorsandvendors. Coordinatesthetechnicalduediligenceoftheprojectincoordinationwithengineeringteam.
Supportthedesignteamonthedesignoftheproject. Coordinatefunctionallythehumanandtechnicalresourcesassignedtotheproject. Supportprocurementactivitieswithlocalcontractorsand BOSsuppliers. Analyses the daily and weekly reports and supports the team in analyzing and integrating in the master project schedule the weekly delivery schedules and the weekly construction rates. Leads and coordinate daily and weekly coordination meetings with the BOS contractor and other project stakeholders.
Leads the contract management during execution stage (EPC, BOS subcontract, main equipment supply agreements, engineering services agreement, etc). Ensure Cost control, cash flow update and forecasting during project execution stage.
Requirements
Engineering Bachelor's Degree. Atleast5yearsof PVProject Managerexperience. Previousexperienceasa Site Manager. Previousworkingforan EPCContractor, BOSContractororwell-known IPP/Project Developer. Experiencemanagingateam/subcontractors. Experiencewithplantconnectionto Gridatdesignandoperationallevel. Strongattentiontodetail. Outstandingorganizationalandprioritizationskills. Greatteamplayercapableofworkingcross-functionally. Strongwrittenandverbal Englishand Italiancommunicationskills. Availability to travel nationally and/or Internationally.
