MARKET INTELLIGENCE SPECIALIST
Within the Scented & Living Solutions' Strategic Insights team, the Senior Market Intelligence Specialist plays a pivotal role in keeping stakeholders ahead of the market. The role is responsible for building, operating and continuously raising the quality of the division's market intelligence function, evolving it from descriptive reporting towards deeper analytical depth, sharper foresight and more predictive intelligence. This intelligence is put at the service of the business, supporting decisions that span commercial, strategic, innovation and operational functions.
The Specialist identifies,

synthesizes and communicates the most relevant news, competitor moves, emerging trends and consumer insights, enabling pragmatic commercial and strategic decisions on new customers and markets, product portfolio and internal capabilities. The role directly supports Business Development, Innovation and Operations initiatives, as well as the Division's Long Range Plan targets across geographies.
A strong ability to transform complex data into clear and compelling messages using Power BI and other visualization tools is essential, ensuring insights are communicated in a simple, relevant and engaging way for different stakeholders
