MSC AIR S.p.A. is seeking Flight Dispatchers / Operations Control Officers to join its Operations Control Center (OCC) at the company’s headquarters in Milan Malpensa, Italy .

Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience in an Airline Operations Control Center (OCC) or Flight Dispatch environment.
- Successful completion of a Flight Dispatch training program or equivalent qualification.
- Excellent command of the English language , both written and spoken.
- Solid knowledge of Flight Planning systems (experience with Jeppesen JetPlanner is preferred).
- Familiarity with Crew Management systems and Flight Time Limitations (FTL) regulations and applications.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, operational environment and make decisions under pressure.




- Willingness to work on a shift basis , including weekends and public holidays.
- FAA Aircraft Dispatcher License is considered an advantage.
