Now accelerating its global expansion, the company is seeking a seasoned User Acquisition Manager to lead performance marketing efforts and drive global user growth.
Responsibilities
Lead and manage large-scale user acquisition (UA) performance marketing campaigns across Facebook, Google, Tik Tok, Applovin, and other ad networks, leveraging data-driven decision-making to maximize user acquisition efficiency. Optimize UA campaign performance end-to-end, including budget allocation, channel selection, and audience refinement, to consistently improve cost-per-acquisition (CPA) and user quality.
Define clear user acquisition strategies aligned with global growth objectives, ensuring UA initiatives directly contribute to scalable user growth. Collaborate with product and data teams to align UA strategies with business goals, while building and optimizing advanced campaign structures, audience targeting, and automation workflows for UA performance Partner with creative and design teams: deliver UA-focused KPI insights to inspire high-impact creative concepts, and test new creative angles to drive continuous improvement i
