Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and expand the company's energy storage business across international markets, with a focus on achieving sustainable sales growth.
- Lead commercial activities throughout the sales and tendering process, including customer engagement, proposal development, contract negotiation, and pricing discussions.
- Coordinate internally with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product management, operations, finance, and supply chain, to prepare accurate quotations, support bid submissions, and ensure successful project execution.
- Manage customer enquiries, sample requests, quotations, and order follow-up activities to support sales conversion and revenue targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers, serving as the primary point of contact for commercial matters.
- Organize and conduct customer visits, business reviews, and presentations, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and engagement.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements within the energy storage sector to identify new business opportunities.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reporting, and customer records in accordance with company procedures.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, International Trade, Engineering, Energy Technology, or a related field. A technical background is advantageous.
- Previous experience in the energy storage, battery, renewable energy, electric vehicle (EV), automotive components, or related sectors is preferred.
