TITLE: Spare Parts Coordinator FLSA: Exempt
REPORTS TO: Customer Care Manager
Summary
As part of the Spare Parts Group, this position is responsible for coordinating all Spare Parts activities.
Essential Functions
Provide spare part and retrofit quotations to customers, via the SAP system.
Process and coordinate spare part, warranty, retrofit, domestic, and international part order types.
Define basic spare part, warranty, and retrofit part order types.
Communicate with customers via phone and email.
Communicate with customers to clarify lead time urgency.
Collaborate with procurement and other cross functional teams to improve lead times when appropriate.
Provide proactive communication to sales and management when customer delivery expectations will not be met.
Track spare parts orders with lead times and provide updates to the customer when delivery timing changes or delivery is scheduled/imminent.
Provide requisite information to freight team, including customs documents to allow international deliveries.
