We are looking for an experienced Head of HR & Administration (all genders) to lead our HR and Administration teams, currently consisting of 5 team members. The ideal candidate is someone who is capable of driving strategic initiatives while maintaining direct oversight of critical operational activities within their departments.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and develop all HR processes, including recruitment, onboarding, employee development, and performance management across the organization
- Ensure the effective administration of payroll operations for Italy and Germany,
setting standards and ensuring accuracy
- Management of employment contracts for Italy and Germany, establishing best practices and ensuring compliance
- Design and drive HR strategies that support and advance business goals and objectives
- Safeguard legal and policy compliance, proactively monitoring adherence to labor laws and internal regulations
- Champion initiatives focused on employee relations, engagement, and well‐being, fostering a positive workplace culture
- Manage benefits administration and compensation strategies
- Lead the development and continuous improvement of the training and development programs that promote leadership capability and employee growth
Administration
- Oversee and develop daily office operations (incl. Office Management & Accounting), ensuring a productive and efficient work environment
- Serve as a constructive sparring partner to our Teamlead Administra
