We are looking for an experiencedSite Manager to lead the successful delivery of complex energy and infrastructure projects. In this role, you'll take ownership of site execution from mobilization through to commissioning and final handover, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

The Opportunity
As Site Manager, you will be the senior Hitachi Energy representative on site, responsible for coordinating all construction, installation, testing,
commissioning and handover activities.
Working closely with Project Managers, customers, subcontractors and project stakeholders, you will drive safe and efficient project execution while maintaining strong relationships and ensuring contractual commitments are met.
Success in this role requires strong leadership, a proactive approach to problem solving, and the ability to bring teams together to achieve project goals in demanding site environments.
How You'll Make an Impact
- Lead all site activities from mobilization through commissioning and final handover.
- Create and maintain a strong safety culture, ensuring compliance with Hitachi Energy standards, customer requirements and local regulations.
