Responsibilities:
- Plans, coordinates and integrates PSYOP activities in support of operational and strategic objectives, aligning influence efforts with commander intent and campaign goals.
- Develops and refining PSYOP concepts and messaging using academic research, behavioral science, and audience analysis to improve credibility and effectiveness.
- Coordinates PSYOP planning with interagency partners, allies, coalition forces, host-nation stakeholders, academia, media partners, and commercial vendors
- Integrates PSYOP with broader OIE, cyber, information, and non-kinetic effects, ensuring synchronized influence outcomes across domains
