About the role Reporting into the Director of Rooms, the Spa Manager will lead the day-to-day operations of the Spa, Wellness, and Fitness facilities, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, operational excellence,
and the highest standards of luxury service. The Spa Manager will be responsible for driving revenue performance, developing the spa team, and maintaining a serene and welcoming environment that reflects the Four Seasons commitment to quality and personalization.
What you will do Monitor and drive spa revenue through effective treatment, retail, and membership strategies while maximizing profitability
Oversee the daily operations of the Spa, Wellness, and Fitness areas, ensuring the highest levels of guest satisfaction and service excellence
Lead, coach, and develop the Spa team, fostering a culture of engagement, professionalism, and continuous improvement
Manage scheduling, staffing, and labor productivity to achieve operational and financial objectives
Participate in budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis, contributing to the achievement of departmental and hotel goals
