The team
You will join our growing Professional Services team alongside Business Analysts and the Account team, while collaborating closely with Product, Engineering, UX and QA.
From day one, you will own well-scoped implementations from kickoff to rollout, progressing to more complex engagements as your judgement and confidence develop,

with mentoring and a clear escalation path throughout.
The role offers a clear path toward becoming an Engagement Manager as you build deeper product, domain and stakeholder expertise.
AI is embedded in both our platform and the way we work, giving you the opportunity to help organizations rethink tender processes, reduce manual effort and make better decisions.
The work you'll do
- Own implementation delivery from kickoff to rollout, keeping scope, timelines, responsibilities, risks and next steps aligned
- Understand customer objectives, tender processes, implementation needs and adoption priorities
- Run the project cadence, including meetings, decisions, actions and follow-ups
- Coordinate customer and internal workstreams, making dependencies visible and addressing blockers with the right teams
- Work closely with Business Analysts, Product and delivery teams to keep customer needs and implementation pri
