Understand Partners' business goals and challenges to provide strategic guidance and support.
Manipulate and analyse data to drive operational excellence, growth and profitability, both for your Partners and for Glovo.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement customised solutions to meet Partners' needs, including Marketing, Operations, Finance and Customer Service.
Take full ownership of the partner onboarding process in the App — from store setup to supporting their first days on Glovo — with a focus on operations, marketing, and sales.
2+ years of experience in high-performance account management or business consultancy. Preferably in FMCG, food-hospitality, or on-demand delivery industry.
~ Bachelor in Business Administration, Marketing, Industrial Engineering or is a plus.
~ Problem solver, data-driven with an analytical approach based on details.
~ You are a highly organized, proactive individual with strong time management and prioritization skills, eager to engage in both strategic planning and hands-on execution to drive results.
~ Good knowledge of internal tools such as Google suite. Salesforce is a plus.
~ Native level of Italian is required as proficiency in English.
