As General Manager, you will define and execute the company's strategy to achieve financial, commercial, and operational goals. You will own the P&L;, monitor revenue, profitability, cash flow, and working capital, and drive growth across markets. - Assume full P&L; responsibility and monitor revenue, profitability, cash flow, and working capital
- Lead Commercial and Marketing to strengthen brand positioning and expand market presence
- Build and manage relationships with key customers,
strategic partners, and stakeholders
- Identify and pursue growth opportunities through product innovation, market expansion, and partnerships
- Oversee Operations, Product Management and R&D; to drive innovation and execution speed

- Proven experience in General Management or Business Unit Leadership within industrial environments
- Strong knowledge of home appliances, kitchen furniture, built-in appliances, or related sectors
