Our partner is looking for an Inside Sales Manager based in Italy.

In this role, you will lead and develop an inside sales team responsible for converting inbound opportunities into long-term customers. You will play a key role in shaping sales strategy, optimizing processes, and fostering a culture of accountability, coaching, and continuous improvement. Lead, coach, and develop a team of inside sales professionals,



ensuring consistent achievement and overachievement of sales targets and performance goals.
Recruit, onboard, train, and mentor new team members, creating a strong foundation for long-term success and career growth.
Establish, monitor, and report on key sales performance metrics, using data-driven insights to improve team effectiveness and productivity.
Collaborate with marketing, customer success, and sales leadership teams to optimize lead management processes, pipeline development, and customer engagement strategies.
Drive high levels of sales activity across inbound opportunities, ensuring prospects receive a seamless and professional buying experience.
Manage team workflows, sales processes, and CRM activities to maintain pipeline accuracy and operational efficiency.
Conduct regular coaching sessions, performance reviews, and development conversations to enhance individual and team performance
