Your Impact
As a Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for achieving and exceeding the quarterly - and the annual sales quota in your assigned region. You will report directly to the Area Sales Manager for North / Center of Italy. This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic graduate / junior salesperson with firsthand sales experience and a passion for Medical Device industry that is up for a challenge
Here's where you'll demonstrate your competencies:
- Plan and carry out sales activities to agreed budgets,



sales volumes, values, product mix and timescales.
- Maintain and develop existing and new customers through regular account visits.
- Manage Tender: monitor upcoming tenders, prepare response to tender (define strategy, products, samples, pricing), attend tender ceremonies, Post tender follow up
- Maintain opportunity tracking through active funnel management. Monitor and report on activities and provide relevant management information.
- Provide pre-sales and post sales technical support and guidance.
- Report competitive intelligence to marketing and sales management
- Continuously developing your technical and commercial knowledge of products
- Communicate and implement all sales and marketing programs for region
- Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks, participating in pro
