We are looking for a driven and commercially minded Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our Milan office.
This role is highly sales-oriented. Candidates with sales experience or a background as cabin crew (strong communication skills) are highly valued.
Qualify clients and understand travel needs
• Maintain CRM (Salesforce) with accuracy
• Coordinate with marketing and operations teams
• Strong communication and sales skills
• Fluent English (additional languages are a strong plus)
• Sales experience preferred OR cabin crew / client-facing background
• Confident speaking with high-end international clients
• Variable premio for each client successfully converted
The broker role is structured as a freelancer position.
We are looking for candidates willing to open a freelance position (Partita IVA) or already operating as freelancers.
Growth to SDR Executive role
• Possibility after 6–12 months to access our internal course in private aviation brokerage
• Opportunity to become a Private Jet Broker
