Azienda Our client is a European investment firm focused on last-stage, single-asset secondary investments in category-leading technology and digital companies, typically in the final years before a liquidity event. Founded in 2021, our client invests directly on company tables and combines concentrated underwriting with a clear exit discipline.
Our client operates with a lean internal team and a network of specialist third-party providers across fund management, administration, accounting, legal, tax and investor onboarding. As the firm scales Fund II and its co-investment platform, it is building institutional-grade finance and operating processes that can support a growing number of transactions, investors and vehicles without adding unnecessary complexity. Fund II is structured as a Luxembourg SCSp RAIF, with AIFM services, fund administration, NAV, capital calls and regulatory reporting delegated to specialist providers, and co-investments are structured through dedicated SPVs.
Occasione Fund finance and provider oversight
Own the day-to-day finance relationship with the AIFM, fund administrator, accountants, auditors and other relevant providers; Review NAVs, management fees, carried-interest calculations, capital calls, distributions, investor balances and cash reconciliations before release, maintaining an internal control record rather than relying solely on provider outputs.
Coordinate the annual audit, valuation timetable and Luxembourg fund-finance calendar, working with the AIFM, administrator and advisers and escalat[ing] only matters that require a partner decision
Transaction, co-investment and SPV operations Own the operational workstream for each investment and co-investment closing: vehicle readiness, subscription documents, KYC/AML coordination, investor onboarding, funding notices, bank/wire controls, closing funds flow, post-close records and ongoing investor registers, using Carta or
