My client is looking for someone to join an international, multidisciplinary team working on large-scale data centre projects. The role combines strong technical MEP expertise with full project lifecycle management, covering coordination, scheduling, cost control, and quality assurance from design through to commissioning.
Technical project management
Review and validate technical documentation across MEP disciplines (HVAC, LV/MV electrical systems, fire/security systems, BMS)
Support clients in technical decision-making and implementation

Oversee commissioning activities to ensure systems meet design and performance requirements
Full project lifecycle coordination
Manage projects across all phases, from design through construction to handover and commissioning
Coordinate internal and external teams, including contractors, design offices, and operators
Monitor project quality, timelines, and costs throughout the lifecycle
Reporting and quality
Ensure the quality of deliverables (reports, meeting minutes, technical documentation)
Improve and standardise reporting processes
Permanent, full-time contract
Hybrid working model, based in Milan
