As Sales Manager Italy, you join our branch in Italy to build, structure, and scale our Italian sales department. This is a brand new position added to our organizational chart to support our hypergrowth and expand our client portfolio globally through strategic cross-selling.
Your primary focus and responsibility is people management: leading, structuring, and training a team of 6 Sales Development Representatives (SDRs), with plans to grow the team to 8 people by 2027. You work closely with our "CRO" and report directly to Paolo, "Managing Director", serving as the operational engine for our expansion in Italy. We are explicitly looking for a top-performing sales professional with strong leadership ambitions.
