Education
Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing Bachelor's of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred. Experience / Qualifications Current RN licensure in the state of Florida. BLS certification through the American Heart Association for Healthcare Providers. Chemotherapy/Bio-therapy Certification within 90 days of hire. OCN Certification preferred. Minimum of 1 year clinical nursing experience, oncology preferred. Strong clinical judgement and decision-making abilities. Excellent communication,



interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage high-stress situations effectively. Proficient in electronic medical record (EMR) systems, preferably Epic. Knowledge of quality improvement principles and data analysis.
Position Summary
The Triage Registered Nurse is a critical position responsible for the daily clinic needs of patients and physicians to include patient throughput with focus on triaging patient symptoms and concerns and patient flow. A primary focus of a Triage RN is to ensure patients are triaged via phone or in‐person, educated, and scheduled for treatment and follow up accordingly.
